Cosy and comfy, this contemporary countryside spot is easy on the eye and warmly welcoming to all. Dog-friendly rooms include a Nespresso machine, Smart TV, WiFi and Temple Spa toiletries.

Pawfect slumbers

Dogs can take their pick from a Medium Room, Veranda Room, Suite, or even opt for a Treehouse stay.

Soothing neutrals combine with a good dose of Scandinavian style in the Medium Rooms, resulting in a warming space to nestle down in. Rooms have king or super king-sized beds, dressing tables and en-suites with a shower over a bath. Found in the Coach House, Veranda Rooms are tasteful and contemporary open plan ground floor suites ideal to relax in. They can also interconnect for family breaks.

Able to accommodate a family of 4, Suites have a double bed and lounge with sofa-bed. Small Suites are cosy places to hunker down with colourful touches, while Big Suites, decorated in the hotel’s Scandi-chic style are spacious spaces in which to retreat.

For a truly memorable escape, try the dog-friendly Treehouse with wrap around deck area. Sleeping up to 4 with a double room and a twin room with bunk beds, this woodland wonderland cleverly blends natural woods and modern flourishes.

Your pup will be delighted to find a bed ready and waiting for their arrival, along with dog bowls, treats and a dog towel.

Human and hound abound

There is a myriad of walks to explore with over 400 acres of Farncombe Estate on your doorstep. Take the nature trail and let your dog sniff out their pawfect route amongst the patchwork of woodlands and fields. There’s also a dog agility course, ideal to work off those extra treats.

The extra bits

Pups are welcome to relax in the bar and lounges.

Children aged 0-3 years stay free of charge. For those aged 4-16 years, a rate of £20 per child per night applies.

Where We Are

The charming and quintessentially-Cotswolds village of Broadway is not to be missed, and is only a 25 minute walk away in the neighbouring valley. It is also well worth taking your pooch for a walk across The Estate to spectacular Broadway Tower, the Cotswolds’ highest castle. Combine with the additional walk to Broadway to tire out your pup, and then refuel at the dog-friendly Jockey Bar at The Broadway Hotel before the return.

Just 10 minutes’ drive from The Fish is the Snowshill farm of Cotswolds Lavender. To take in the stunning fields in full bloom, aim to visit around the end of May. Dogs can accompany you as you explore the fields, just be sure to keep them on a lead.

A spot more country? Just a short drive away are the famous Cotswolds towns of Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh.

For younger visitors, the Cotswolds Wildlife Park is 30 miles away, and your dog can accompany you on a lead through many of the attractions.
